As the founder of several successful ventures, including Sunshine Dispute Resolution, LLC excels in mediation, real estate, and business consulting with a strong educational background and a commitment to clear communication.

Mrs. Ceinor simplifies complex concepts, fostering effective dialogue diverse parties. Her passion for peaceful problem-solving has earned her a distinguished reputation across various disciplines.
From 2008 to 2013, she was a co-owner of a South Florida organization that provided alternative dispute resolution, foreclosure, and Pro Se legal assistance for family and county court issues. Before that, she worked as an Accounting Manager at a financial institution in Margate, Florida, for a decade (1999–2009), gaining extensive knowledge of financial systems operations.
Sherley is the founder of Breaking the Silence Through Love, a nonprofit initiative focused on healing emotional trauma and fostering lifelong resilience through empathy and education. The program tackles issues such as, domestic violence, crisis response, and teen dating violence.
She has volunteered as a conflict resolution specialist at charter schools and nonprofits, including Kids in Distress. Additionally she completed her Family Mediation Internship with both the 17th Judicial Circuit and the 11th Judicial Circuit (Miami-Dade) from 2012 2013, and she currently acts as a Pro Mediator in county and family court.
