Sherley Ceinor’s education background and work-related experiences provided her with an enhanced ability to relate to complex concepts in an easy & understandable way; thus facilitating channels of communication between parties. Sherley Senior, is the founder of Sunshine Dispute Resolution, LLC and SAVE Financial Services, Corp. She has been assisting parties to resolve issues since 2008. She uses effective negotiation techniques and tools in a non-adversarial atmosphere. Mrs Ceinor has gained extensive experience in negotiation, mediation, and crisis negotiation involving interpersonal disputes, family relations (Divorce, Custody, Child Support, etc), Real Estate disputes, Homeowner Associations, workplace disputes, business negotiation etc.
2008 through 2013) Sherley Ceinor was also the co-owner of a local organization providing services such as
Alternative Dispute Resolution, foreclosure defences, ProSe legal document preparation for Domestic/Family and County Court (Small Claim Court) relations, Landlord/ Tenant disputes for a period of five (5) years (2008-2013). Prior to being a co-founder, she managed a local Financial Institution in Margate, Florida as an Accounting Manager for 10 years (1999-2009).
Sherley Ceinor and Pierre A Paul are the founders of "Breaking the Silence Through Love" where the mission is to create a lasting solution to those who have encountered despair and pain. Breaking the silence through love, understanding, empathy will inspire a healthy, lifelong relationship with self and others.
In addition, Sherley Ceinor is very passionate about Crisis Negotiation, Bullying, Domestic violence and Teen Dating Violence. She has volunteered as a Conflict Resolution at a local charter school and Kids in Distress in Broward County. She has also completed her internship for Family mediation at the 17th Judicial Circuit Court (Broward County) and 11th Judicial (Dade-County) (2012-2013). She is currently a Pro Bono County/Family Mediator with the 17th Judicial Circuit.
