Sherley Esther Ceinor brings over two decades of diverse experience in conflict resolution, financial services, and real estate. With a strong educational foundation and a passion for peaceful problem-solving, Mrs. Ceinor has cultivated a reputation for simplifying complex concepts and fostering clear communication between parties across a range of disciplines.

She is the founder of several successful ventures, including:

Sunshine Dispute Resolution, LLC – specializing in mediation, arbitration, and negotiation services

SAVE Accounting Services Corp – offering bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial consulting

Ezra Capital Realty, Inc – a full-service real estate brokerage with a training and mentorship arm

ZionPrime Capital, Inc – focused on business consulting, investment strategies, and asset protection

From 2008 to 2013, she co-owned a South Florida organization offering alternative dispute resolution, foreclosure defense, and Pro Se legal assistance for family and county court matters. Prior to that, she served as Accounting Manager for a financial institution in Margate, Florida for over 10 years (1999–2009), providing her with deep insight into financial systems and operations.

Sherley is also the founder of Breaking the Silence Through Love, a nonprofit initiative dedicated to healing emotional pain and promoting lifelong resilience through empathy and education. The program addresses issues such as bullying, domestic violence, crisis response, and teen dating violence.
​
She has served as a volunteer conflict resolution specialist at charter schools and nonprofit organizations, including Kids in Distress. She completed her Family Mediation Internship with both the 17th Judicial Circuit (Broward County) and the 11th Judicial Circuit (Miami-Dade) in 2012–2013 and currently serves as a Pro Bono Mediator in county and family court.
